The general understanding of “Karma” has we know it is the inevitable consequential reaction of our actions. Every motion is included in this universal law of energetic dynamic, not only our acts, but also our thoughts, our words and the frequency of our most current emotions. It also reflects not just our consciousness, when we realize what we are doing, but mostly at the subconscious level, the part that we neglect so often.
There is a major lesson to be learned in the karma wheel, as in everything in life, as nothing is created randomly. It clearly demonstrates how we are responsible for the outcomes, how we create life and all situations, and how we do affect the surrounding environment and the people around us. It is therefore a “wake up” call.
Depending on the level of understanding, it has been frequently categorized as a sort of punishment. If you do “good”, you receive “good” in return, but if you do “bad”, “bad” or worst is exactly what you will get. If we think in terms of duality, or third dimensional consciousness that is exactly the case. But has we transcend in knowledge, frequency and consciousness, and duality begins to fade, the lesson is of much higher importance. When we finally comprehend there is no judgment, no “good” or “bad” but just energy oscillations, with respective functionalities, everything becomes an opportunity for learning, and for “climbing the stairs” of consciousness evolution.
If we add reincarnation, it becomes even more interesting. Dr. Brian Weiss, a worldwide expert on reincarnation, and author of many bestsellers such as “Many Lives, Many Masters” or “Only Love is Real”, states that “karma is not punishment but is an opportunity to learn our lessons. If the lessons have not been learned in a previous lifetime, we come back to work on them. The lessons are about love, compassion, non-violence, patience and understanding, non-prejudice, etc.” (Hay House, “AN INTIMATE INTERVIEW WITH DR BRIAN WEISS – BRIAN L. WEISS”).
Through reincarnation, we are giving the opportunity to experience life through all perspectives. True learning and understanding comes from experience, from feeling and living the “other side”. Many karmic factors are preconceptions based, such as racism or any other type of discrimination, anything that leads to hatred, blind judgment or lack of acceptance of others Free Will right. Through this mechanism, we experience different cultures, religions, genders, etc. If we spend a lifetime discriminating a determined religion and culture for example, which in fact is a very dominant subject of the present time, in the next life that is exactly the life we will experience, from the perspective of the misjudge “object” of focus. If we set our current emotions aside, it is quite logical and reasonable.
In conclusion, Karma only serves the evolution of our consciousness, our evolution of Being and knowledge. As a wise person once told me “whenever you feel you are paying a debt in your life, feel happy and blessed, as soon you will have the chance to start over.” It serves Love above all. It is the universal path to unconditional Love, to unity of the soul, by respect and empathetic intelligence. As we embrace our karmas, we evolve, we grow as divine and infinite pieces of the supreme energy Source.
